  1. Decide which event to listen to (if applicable).
  2. Decide between 24K audio (faster download) or 48K audio (better sound quality).
  3. Decide whether to listen online (File Link) or download the media file (Audiocast).
    • Listen Online: Use the green links in the File Link column to listen to MP3 files online (recommended only for use with a high-speed Internet connection); or
    • Download: Click the orange links in the XML column to open a new window; copy-and-paste the URL of the new window (XML file) into iTunes or other podcasting software.
    • Downloading Tip: Right-click on orange XML links to copy the "Link" or "Shortcut," which can then be pasted into iTunes (Advanced...Subscribe to Podcast...Paste) without typing out the URL.
